Numerous surveys have been conducted in trials of production models. Individuals surveyed included ergonomic designers, physical therapists and doctors, bicycle enthusiasts, and individuals with hand pain such as osteoarthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Overwhelmingly, everyone approved of the design fundamentals and the operation of
